Words of encouragement from God’s Word.

 Being a Pastor I have no Pastor other than the Lord. So this is what I do.
I have these verses underlined in my Bible I look to them when I’m feeling bad and need encouragement. Today I share them with you to encourage you. God Bless You. Pastor Paul Leavens
Heb. 10:35 - 36 “So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised.
Josh. 1:9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.”
2Cor. 4:16 - 18 Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. “For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.
Rom. 15:4 For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through endurance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.
Gal. 6:9 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
Deut. 31:6 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”
Is. 41:10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

| Pastor Paul - These are encouraging words for all who walk the path of righteousness. As we are sojourners walking through this land on our way to our heavenly home, we can find peace and joy in this troubled world by reading the living words of our Father and his son, Jesus. Let us be still and meditate on these words of encouragement and know that we are loved and that he is in control! We are never alone. A-men!
